Not dramatic — just dull, puffy, or a little worn out..
Some weeks my skin looks more tired than I feel.
When that happens, I don’t overhaul everything.
I do a simple full-face reset: eye patches + a collagen mask.
It’s quick, realistic, and makes the biggest difference in how awake my face looks.

My Full Face Reset Routine

STEP 1 — Start With Eye Patches
If my face looks tired, I start with patches.
Using them for 10–15 minutes while I drink coffee or answer emails helps me look more awake before makeup. It’s the easiest step that makes a visible difference.
I rotate between a few depending on the week, but these are the ones I use most consistently.
I keep these stocked because they’re realistic to use regularly.
Some patches work well but are too expensive to use consistently — these aren’t.
If you want to compare them with the other patches I’ve tried, I broke everything down here:

If I’m keeping things simple, these are the patches I use most mornings:
STEP 2 — Add A Collagen MASK
When my skin looks especially tired, I add a collagen mask after patches.
This isn’t something I do every day.
It’s more of a weekly reset or pre-event routine.
The combination of eye patches + mask makes my whole face look more hydrated and awake instead of just my under-eyes.
I wrote more about this mask here:
→ My Biodance Collagen Mask Review
This is the one I use when I want a full reset without doing a complicated routine.
STEP 3 — WHEN I DO THIS
I usually do this full reset when:
- I didn’t sleep well
- I’ve been traveling
- My skin looks dull
- Sunday reset mornings
- Before events
It’s simple enough to actually stick with, which matters more than doing something complicated once a month.

FINAL TIPS
If I’m starting simple, I start with patches.
They’re the easiest step to use consistently and make the fastest difference.
Then I add a mask when I want a full reset.
